Claims General Manager

Duties & Responsibilities 1. Do you have an Insurance/claims related post Matric qualification? 2. Do you have a minimum of 5 years, experience with STI claims, Procurement and Assessing? 3. Do you have a minimum of 3 years’ insurance supplier management experience at management level? 4. Do you have sound knowledge of vehicle parts and panel beating processes? 5. Do you have a solid understanding of the claims procurement and vehicle assessing processes? If you have answered “YES” to ALL THE ABOVE questions, then we may want to meet with you, please ensure you understand the position below and meet all the requirements, prior to applying: What you will be doing: Plan, lead, organised, control and manage the Claims Assessing & Procurement areas of the business. What we require: Grade 12 / Standard 10 / Matric / NQF 4. Applicable post-matric qualifications will be advantageous. 5 years + STI claims / procurement and assessing 3 years + Insurance supplier management experience at management level. Required Competencies: Excellent Leadership qualities / skills Ability to lead and motivate team members Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven track record in a leadership position. Management experience.
