Inherent Requirements •Matric •Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and people skills. •Professional telephone etiquette. •Computer literate (MS Office) advanced Excel skills. Duties •Accurately register all wellness day initiatives dates and summaries on the Workforce Healthcare system. •Conduct daily follow ups. •Conduct daily feedback at end of day from nurses onsite in order to understand uptake •Sort Health and Risk Assessment and Voluntary HIV Counselling and Testing forms according to registers •Accurately capture Health Risk Assessment and Voluntary Counselling and Testing data. •Check and verify the accuracy of Health Risk Assessment data. •Check and verify medical scheme member details •Ensure that data is captured accurately for reporting purposes. •Compile statistical reports •Track wellness day stock to ensure it reaches its destination on time. •Pack stock for upcoming wellness days and ensure it is sent timeously. •Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts •Track the timeous return of wellness day stock and documentation. •Record all stock returns •Accurately capture wellness claims on the patient management system (Healthbridge) •Communicate with relevant medical schemes to ensure timeous query resolution •Conduct all wellness related administrative tasks as and when required by Management.
