Senior Specialist Recruitment Consultant

A specialist financial recruitment consultancy is on the hunt for a Senior Recruiter to join their existing team of young Specialist Consultants.

The successful individual will be the intermediary between clients and candidates.

Match what the clients are looking for (qualifications, experience, personalities) with what candidates are looking for (stable companies, growth, remuneration, environment) in the shortest possible time. Satisfy your client and candidate requirements from qualification, competence and culture fit perspectives.

Develop strong and trustworthy relationships with both clients and candidates.

  1. You will be commercially challenged daily.
  2. Your EQ will be put to the test and constantly developed.
  3. You will receive exposure to a range of industries and businesses
  4. You have an uncapped earning potential.
  5. The work environment is results orientated where you determine your own success.

Requirements:

  • A finance background - qualified or part qualified Chartered Accountants or a background in Financial Accounting or Financial Management.
  • Previous recruitment experience preferably in a specialist Banking, Finance or Accounting recruitment consultancy.
  • Previous sales experience with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-drive and determination.
  • Resilience and “bounce-back-ability” - the capacity to recover quickly from a setback as disappointment and rejection is part of this role.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
