Regional Sales Manager

Summary:

To develop and implement a sales strategy that will drive sales in the Johannesburg Area. Responsible for developing and achieving short and long term goals within the sales division.

     Skill Area:

  • Sound understanding of FMCG supply chain process, sales & marketing, strong leadership skills, high energy levels & creative.
  • A firm understanding of retail trade dynamics, consumer marketing discipline, budgeting & forecasts.
  • Effective problem solving and analysis ability.
  • Strong understanding of business processes & concept development.

     Experience and Education

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the FMCG Industry, ·
  • Demonstrate successful relationships with key Customers resulting in Profitable opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record in managing large teams
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of Customer centricity.
