Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will take the lead role in:

  • Eliciting requirements and facilitation of requirements gathering sessions
  • Requirements organization
  • Maintaining requirements traceability matrixes
  • Translating and simplifying requirements
  • Modelling business processes and advise on process optimisation
  • Compiling and maintaining functional specifications
  • Requirements management and communication
  • Requirements analysis
  • Assisting with the creation business case
  • Planning, monitoring and reporting on progress of activities
  • Change management and communication
  • Compile test cases
  • Conduct process and system testing and or testing facilitation
  • Conduct process and system training and or training facilitation

Minimum Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BCom, BSc) or equivalent and proven experience in IT
  • At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Must have experience in the banking environment
