Our client has a position for a


Primary Duties:

Responsible for ensuring orders are processed and dispatched while resolving any issues that may arise during the process all while providing an outstanding end to end customer service experience.

Processing Customer Sales orders

Booking in Customer deliveries

Dealing with customer requests and queries on the phone

Listing and maintaining customer invoice pricing

Listing and maintaining customer promotional discounts

Listing and maintaining accurate product costs including supplier costs and other elements of the cost build

Setting up new customers on in house database system (will be trained on then in house system)

Resolving issues around orders such as shortages, breakages, mispicks etc.

Requesting information from suppliers for new products

General administrative work

Experience and Skills required.
National Senior Certificate

Good communicator with an excellentt telephone manner

Proficiently use Microsoft Office, in particular Excel & Word

Ability to provide accurate and detailed information in a timely and professional manner

 Strong organisational skills with the ability to interact with individuals from all levels within the organisation (Essential)

Excellent numeracy and attention to detail

Customer oriented and proactive in taking initiatives

Desire and willingness to go the extra mile

3 to 5 years experience of order takknb and processing

Experience within an office administration environment
