Customer Service Officer/Administrator

We are recruiting for a Customer Service/Support Administrator
Duties (Not limited to):
Provide price and cost proposals in response to customer requirements.
Accurately capture and process customer orders in accordance with the sales process.
Monitoring order production and shipment to ensure timeous delivery and inform customers of any potential delays.
Invoice customers as per customer requirements and support the Debtors department.
Assisting in developing action plans to address variances.
Coordinate, analyse and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
Maintain a competent understanding of company products, their function, spares requirements and alternatives.
Maintain a database of customer quotes, sales orders and invoice records.
Interface with customers and other company departments to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service functions.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or inquiries to resolution in a timely and accurate manner.
Required Skills:
National Senior Certificate

Three to five years previous Customer Support experience would be preferred.
Computer literacy – MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook as
Ability to communicate fluently in English is essential, additional language would be an advantage (Bilingual)
Strong planning, organisational, administration, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Strong interpersonal skills, cross culturally
High level customer awareness
Proactive and responsive
