Human Resources Shared Services and Systems Manager

  • To provide thought leadership and overall management of the HR Shared Services Centre.
  • To provide support and work with consultants as well as Centre of Expertise (COE) to achieve and meet business needs.
  • To provide the most appropriate technology required to ensure availability of accurate real time HR information
  • To provide HR management information and analysis to enable HR management decision making
  • To ensure HR Management information system and procedures compliant with the relevant legislation
