  • 5 years’ experience in a medical scheme environment
  • Proven sales track record
  • Building key relationship between the company and intermediaries and clients with the aim of developing new business.
  • Providing individual and holistic corporate solutions unique to the needs of the agricultural sector.
  • Conducting presentations to potential customers in order to promote and sell products and solutions.
  • Implementing strategic sales plan as directed by management.
  • Assisting with competitor analysis, giving feedback and effectively positioning solutions.
  • Previous Crop / Agri insurance experience.
