Senior Accounts Officer

Our client is now recruiting for the position of Senior Accounts Officer

Required Skills/Qualifications :

Three years senior accounts/finance experience. A strong multi-tasker, Ability to work with targets and delivery outcomes , Strong computer literacy including systems and Excel ability ,Demonstrate high levels of numeracy and literacy; Assist management to provide leadership and mentor staff as required, forward thinking and initiative driven and able to show initiative on a diverse range of tasks
Duties (not linited to)
Financial planning, assist with the management and reporting of expenditure and income; Assist with business reporting, office management and the operation of all management information systems; Ensure all discrepancies are fully investigated and reported, and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures; Assist in supervising financial planning, prioritizing/monitoring the workload, implementing procedures and ensuring they are followed, training new members of the team and escalating any issues to the Operations Director where appropriate Deal with or delegate the following in a timely and compliant manner: Emails/Post/Activity Entries; Any other routine administration servicing Liaise with product providers, clients and advisors as necessary Filing in accordance with in-house paperless office procedures Assist with recruitment and training of new staff where appropriate Conduct appraisals for staff where relevant Provide supervisory support in the absence of management as required
