Senior Office Accounts Clerk

We are recruiting for a Senior Office Accounts Clerk

Duties (not limited to):

Assist the Office Accounts Manager in assuming responsibility for the accounts and office co-ordination/operation.
Accurate creation and input of sales invoices

Log and match supplier invoices

Credit control

Balance sheet reconciliation
Prepayments, accruals and depreciation
Quotation input, dissemination, collation and analysis

Employee expenses
Payroll, holidays, absence, new starters/leavers, remuneration, pension contributions
Assist with logging performance appraisals
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Relevant Accounts Qualification or at least 3 years senior accounts experience .
A proactive, personable, professional and reliable candidate
Strong, significant use of MS Office and QuickBooks
Good verbal and written communication skills
Quick thinking and accurate
An individual ambition and a hard working attitude
Excellent relationship building skills together with the ability to converse at all levels
Strong organisational and time management skills
