Branch Purchasing Officer

We are recruiting for a Branch Purchasing Admin Officer
Duties include (not limited to):
Conducting research to ascertain the best consumable products and suppliers in terms of best value, price negotiations, payment terms, delivery time schedules and quality by obtaining quotations.
Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and project teams.Identifying potential consumable suppliers, visiting existing suppliers and building and maintaining good relationships with them.
Prepare and process purchase orders/requisitions accurately for consumable & product supplies and equipment.
Raising Purchase Orders for the company on Evolution (Supply Chain / Logistics / Design / Engineering / Operations depts.)
Scan and save / File PO's in correct project folders.
Send approved PO's to correct consumable & product suppliers.
Follow up with suppliers with respect to PO's and request for quotations
Confirming delivery notes
Auditing payments for invoices against purchase orders & delivery notes.
