Dealership Customer Services Officer

We are recruiting for a Dealership Customer / Client Care Officer

Essential Tasks:

Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relations within the service department.

Contact Customers to ensure that their service and / or repairs were satisfactory and handled with accuracy and professionalism

Resolving queries/complaints to conclusion

Assisting the service team members with any customer service related administration as and when required

Essential Skills :

Senior Certificate

A minimum of two years previous customer care/service experience

Knowledge of the Automotive Industry would be advantageous, but not essential, as training will be provided.

Professional, polite telephone manner and excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisation and time planning skills are essential.

Ability to self-manage

Enthusiasm,energy and commitment
