Accounts and Administration Assistant

We are recruiting for an Accounts and Administration Assistant.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Support the Office Administration Manager across a broad range of Accounts duties and any additional tasks required to process the invoices and payment for accounts

Process invoices


Purchase Ledger

Sales Ledger

Credit Control

Working with Pastel and Excel on a daily basis

Other General Administration Duties

Candidate Requirement/Qualification Profile:

Senior Certificate

You will be a team player, positive and self motivated

Experience with high volumes of administrative or accounts work - high volumes of invoices

You will also have excellent computer skills such as using Word, Excel and PowerPoint and your typing and keyboard skills also needs to be good.

Excellent attention to detail and a 'right first time' attitude

Strong telephone manner

Willingness to engage in all aspects of accountancy including VAT Returns, Income Tax Returns, Corporation Tax Returns and payroll as well as accounts preparation

Work from your own initiative and possess the ability to multi task
