Corporate Executive Secretary

We are recruiting for a Corporate PA
Duties include, not limited to ;
Act as the point of contact between Executives and clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute e mail correspondence and memoranda
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage diaries and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Take dictation and minutes
Source and maintain office supplies
Produce reports, presentations
Manage and maintain office filing and archiving system
Attributes/Skills/Qualifications
National Senior Certificate
Relevant Qualificationt3
3 to 5 years plus work experience as a personal assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills
Exemplary communication skills
Well presented
Microsoft Office literate
Ability to multitask
Proactive and Responsive
