Head Office Administrator/Support Officer who will liaise with and assist admin staff in its branches nationwide.Head Office controls and runs all the invoicing, parts requisitions and admin related tasks for the various branches and our client requires an individual who is able to multitask and think on their feet with an above average level of initiative and extremely strong administration ,problem solving and people skills. Will be responsible for emailing branches daily, typing out of all branch monthly meeting minutes and invoice/statement release.Matric is essential as well as two to three years strong admin related experience and PC Literacy in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
