Daily Responsibilities :

Our appointed Office Manager will be responsible for supporting all business units ensuring smooth operation of the office on daily basis. On a daily basis, this will involve:

Managing staff members

HR Administration

Establish and maintain good team atmosphere through leadership and employee development

Inducting new employees and maintaining staff records

Monitoring staff performance and work quality

 

Ensuring ordering and maintenance of stationary to prevent running out of supplies

 

Candidate Requirements :

 

Matric Certification

 

The ideal candidate will be discreet, dedicated, diligent and loyal; have an excellent telephone manner and command of the English language as well as confidence to communicate at all levels; be PC literate with very strong MS Word and MS Excel skills; have a mature attitude with the capacity to rise to a challenge, learn new skills and to undertake tasks with willingness and a can do manner,

Exceptional organisational and administrative management skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills including experience in providing direct support to management.

• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.

• Proactive, self-motivated and dedicated

• Willingness to contribute with a strong team ethic
