We are on the lookout for a Senior Sales Officer

The Role - Key Tasks

* Motivation, monitoring, coaching, training and development
* Report daily and as required to the Sales Manager on team/individual performance
* Responsible for the performance of the team and team member to achieve KPI’s
* Responsible providing coaching to help team to achieve performance expectations
* Motivate team members through daily feedback on performance
* Undertake performance reviews for the team members
* Assist with recruitment, induction and ongoing training, identifying needs and finding solutions
* Drive activity and performance with team on a daily basis, leading from the front.
* Management of prospective database and calling campaigns
Candidate Requirements
Matric Certification;
A minimum of three year’s experience of leading a successful team in an outbound business to business sales environment.
* Proven track record of previous outbound sales experience

* Experience of using and managing campaigns on CRM systems

Skills:

* Excellent leadership and motivational skills

* Strong Persuading and influencing skills

* Knowledge of how to drive effective coaching within team

* Excellent communication skills

* Drive and ambition – ability to close tasks and take ownership for delivering individual, team and company objectives

* Computer literate – CRM systems, Excel, Word & Power point skills

* Time Management

* Confident and assertive with high level problem solving skills
