Finance and Office Assistant

We are on the lookout for a Finance and Office Assistant
Key Activities will include, but not be limited to;

Maintain accurate accounts payable records,

Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
Checking, and entering supplier invoices and credit notes

Verifying supplier account balances to their supplier statements

Timely resolution of supplier queries

Assisting with the preparation of payment runs and sending out remittance advice


Ordering of office stationery/consumables and maintaining adequate supplies

We are looking for a candidate with;

Senior Certificate

Three years and above relevant experience

PC literate with experience of Excel
Sound numerical skills, attention to detail and accuracy

Effective planning and organising skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Analytical skills

Good communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

Strong, flexible team player with the ability to work effectively across all functions

Ability to treat information with confidentiality
