General/All Round Office Clerk

We are on the lookout for a General/All Round Office Clerk
Key activities include, but are not limited to:
Assist a range of day-to-day office clerical duties.
You will be responsible for data capturing, filing, responding to queries from the public, mailing, and maintaining and updating our clients database.
Copy, fax and file documents.
Maintain filing, database systems, and office inventories.
Assist in sorting and forwarding incoming mail and emails, and preparing and sending outgoing mail.
Assist the reception team to book and prepare boardrooms and ensure that refreshments are made available.
We are looking for a candidate with;
Three years and above experience
Friendly and competent with the ability to work both within a team and independent of supervision.
The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with people and have strong organization and time management skills.
PC literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail.
Personable demeanour with a positive, engaging can do manner
Ability to accurately type and data capture
