Senior Receptionist

We are on the lookout for a Senior Receptionist
Key activities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as a contact point between the internal and external clients
Ensure that all calls are answered in a timely and professional manner, following the comoany standards and procedures.
To follow all standards and procedures as outlined.
To meet and greet Clients and Visitors and to inform relevant parties of their arrival.
To register all arriving clients, following Security policies and procedures.
Ensure up-keep, professionalism and cleanliness of ghe reception area.
To keep the booking system up to date at all times.
Coordinate and check the next day’s boardroom bookings & make amendments as necessary
Organise and monitor couriers, tracking their progress and reporting as necessary.
We are looking for a candidate with :
Grade
5 to 8 years plus reception experience
Outstanding , professional and highly client focused reception skills
Well presented, immaculately groomed at all times
Exemplary telephonic ettiquette
Polite, tactful and diplomatic
Energy, confidence and enthusiasm
Ability to work under pressure
Able to communicate in a calm professional style
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication
Customer and Client focused
Able to pre-empt a situation
Reliable, Flexible and adaptable
Able to assist in managing the reception team in the absence of the Reception Manager
