We are on the lookout for an Office Accounts Department Assistant
Key activities include, but are not limited to:
Electronic and Paper Filing for the Accounts Department
Updating of Documentation required for Reporting
Travel Invoices
Weekly Reconciling
Data Capturing
Time Sheet posting and filing
Time Sheet Costing
3 to 5 Years' experience in a similar position
Strong Excel Skills
Good Communication Skills
You will need to behave professionally, fairly, ethically and responsibly at all times
The ability to work within a team is another essential pre-requisit
Confidentiality and Integrity
A self-starter who enjoys being part of a team
Ability multi-task
Well presented
Proactive with strong attention to detail.
Good problem solver and decision making skills
Highly Organised with accuracy, numeracy and strong attention to detail
