Dealership Sales Admin Officer

Our client requires a Sales Administrator for their dealership in Pretoria.
Your Duties will include:
Checking invoices and orders for accuracy,

Assist with invoicing of new and used cars,

Process all sales paperwork accurately,

Keeping logs and filing updated daily,

Liaise with customers and deal with their enquiries as well as inputting stock details on the dealerships computer system,

You will respond to customer enquiries via phone or e-mail and ensure that correct sales paperwork is sent out to customers.

Assist in processing customer orders and carry out any sales administration duties necessary to deliver an efficient and effective service to the dealership sales department

Minimum Requirements:

Previous administration experience in sales ( preferably in a dealership or a similar role), Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Word, Articulate, confident communication skills.A candidate with a professional telephone manner, strong organisational skills. Helpful and customer focused with a thorough approach to work, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
