We are in the lookout for a Head Office Filing Clerk
Filing of all documentation for all branches
Ensure accuracy and validity and request outstanding documents
Scanning of certain documents as required
Ensuring correct admin filing processes are followed and maintained
Archiving files as necessary
We are looking for a candidate with ;
Srong ability to multitask
Accurate, precise, detail focused manner.
Previous 2 to 3 years filing/ administrative experience and an Accountable, solutions focused manner.
Well spoken with a willingness to assist wherever required.
Conscientious and reliable
