Aftersales Support Officer

We are on the lookout for an Aftersales Support Officer
Key activities will include, but not be limited to;
Report to Service Manager.
Assisting the service department by scheduling jobs, attending to service call outs, managing all aftersales related admin related duties and other day to day operations.
Attending to completed job cards, creating new tasks or quotes where applicable.
Managing Aftersales inventory system
Maintain and manage relevant aftersales databases
Attending to and resolving aftersales enquiries
Maintain and manage files and records in an organized manner
General admin duties
Any ad hoc duties required by the Aftersales/ Service Manager
We are looking for a candidate with ;
5 + Years of general admin/planning/similar office support experience
Highly customer service focused
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to actively listen to and resolve customer aftersales queries or complaints
A patient, empathetic and customer centric approach
