We are currently seeking a. Office Admin Clerk/Errand Runner

Required Skills:
Senior Certificate
3 plus years relevant office administration experience
Code8/ Drivers Licence -will make use of the company vehicle for errand running
Super organised

Friendly, helpful and of smart appearance

Proficient in using MS Word, Excel

Able to use initiative

Trustworthy and reliable

Comfortable to work individually and be part of a team

Daily Duties:

Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing post and management of e mails

Office Supplies control (such as stationery, cleaning and refreshment and bathroom supplies)

General office tidiness and equipment maintenance (photocopiers, faxes and fire alarms)

Archiving

Filing, Photocopying, Scanning and Binding

Providing support to reception for lunch and holiday cover

Running ad-hoc errands
