We are in the lookout for a Medical Receptionist
Key Activities will include, but not be limited to ;

Providing a professional and friendly approach to patients
Managing telephonic queries
Attending to emails received
Booking appointments on the practice electronic diary
Accounts
Billing
Accepting cash and card payments
Crediting accounts when required
Submitting statements
Managing petty cash Administration including filing, ordering stock and Ad hoc secretarial functions for the Doctor

We are looking for a candidate with ;
Grade
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
3 plus years previous experience
Pleasant, compassionate friendly and engaging personality
Dependable, reliable and trustworthy
Well presented/groomed
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
