Secretary/Assistant to the Office Manager

We are on the lookout for a Secretary/Administrator to the Office Manager
We are looking for a candidate with;
Proactive, confident and assertive
Meticulous, organised with strong task/time planning skills

Ability to prioritize tasks

Key Activities will include, but not be limited to:
Assist the receptionist in answering all incoming calls-reception relief
Respond to General e mail and telephonic enquiries, taking accurate, detailed messages,
Front office clerical tasks (large volume copying, scanning and printing)
Assist the Office Manager in any administrative requirements
Coordination of mail, deliveries and outgoing parcels along with the management of all courier services.
Ordering, maintaining and distributing stationery
Assist in all tasks as required by the Office and Administration Manager
