Frontline Receptionist/Switchboard Operator

We are on the lookout for a Frontline Receptionist/Switchboard Officer
Key Activities will include, but not be limited to ;
Welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.
Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Answer a busy board, screen and direct calls to the right extensions
Take and relay messages
Provide information to callers
Opening the front gate for staff, visitors and clients
Assist in general administrative and clerical support
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Print telephone Reports
Updating the company contact telephone list
Check and maintain office stationery and place orders
Print attendance registers
Tidy and maintain the reception area
Any additional duties within the scope of the role
We are looking for a candidate with:
3 to 5 years relevant experience
Strong communication skills
Excellent, professional telephone etiquette
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
Customer focused
Professional presentation
Strong organization and planning skills
Attention to detail
Highly reliable
Efficient and conscientious
