Our client has a position for an Assistant Store Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ;
Advising and selling of all products in store.
Monitor, control and management of aftersales in the store
Development of the team with participation in monthly trainings relating to new products, material
and developments in aftersales.
Overall ability to give qualitative service.
Presence in the store when store manager is not available
Assistance to the store manager with requested inventory control, information on new
products, assist with staff hiring, planning and training
Responsible for the stock management with daily hazard counts, attendance at all store stock
counts and management of special customer orders with store manager.
Monitoring and responsible for the cash register and management of the petty cash of the store
Active participation in team meeting.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Matric /Grade 12
5 plus years relevant experience
Commercial, administrative and communication skills
Rigorous attention to detail
Strong sense of organization
Interpersonal and people management skills, across all levels
Dynamic and positive
Approachable and Charismatic ,
Strong work ethic and sense of service
R28000 as well as benefits, staff account and Bonus
