We are currently seeking a Permanent Office Assistant
Qualities/Skills:
Grade 12 Certificate
3 plus years previous experience of working in an office administration, secretarial or similar role
Articulate with good communication skills,
You must have accurate keyboard skills
You must have a polite and confident telephone manner.
A professional and organised individual
Able to prioritise your workload,
Strong communication skills
Proficient on Microsoft Office programs

Your responsibilities will include;

Provide essential Administrative Support to the Office and wider organization.
You will retrieve and distribute answer machine messages, answer inbound telephone calls and taking detailed messages,
Provide support the Senior Secretaries with managing emails, undertake stock checks of stationary other office consumables
Provide assistance with the archiving procedures, cataloguing of files and records and file retrieval as necessary
