We are currently seeking a Data Entry /Filing Clerk
Qualities /Skills:

Matric Certificate
Well organised, has strong attention to detail and who is capable of working with confidential information. with a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role.
Ability to store, recover, and update files, both electronically and manually
Knowledge of data entry
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word
Ability to keep records of materials filed.

Typing speed for data entry: 80-90 wpm

Knowledge about assembling, categorizing, and managing the legal document files
Eye for detail and a determination to achieve accuracy, a “,first time right” approach

Your Responsibilities will include:Keep accurate records of materials filed.
Create and update lists of files that are sent to other offices or internal departments
Locate & retrieve information from files in response to request from authorized users.
Keep records of materials files or removed using logbooks and computers to ensure that borrowed files are returned.
Retrieve documents from the office library
Maintain integrity of company data systems by entering confidential client information
Process documents
Hand deliver time sensitive documents to their appropriate destinations
