Our client has a position for an HR Officer/Administrator
Responsibilities
Provide an effective, efficient, accurate and professional HR service covering full administrative support to the Human Resources team.
Help to provide a quality HR service to the business as a whole, ensuring that high standards are adopted and executed across all elements of HR.
Provide daily advice and support to Line Managers and across the business. (to include information relative to Discipline, Policy and Procedure Advice and Guidance, dealing with all relevant paperwork and compliance for new starters and leavers).
Absence management including disciplinary meetings, probation meetings and data reporting.
Supporting recruitment and selection.
Providing general advice and support to the management team.
General administration, including maintaining and updating the HR system.
Requirements :
Matric
Relevant Degree/HR Qualification
5 plus years experience in a similar role
Team working
Negotiation
Verbal / written communication
Excellent Microsoft skills, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Time management
Personal integrity
Awareness and respect for cultural diversity
Demonstrate an accountable approach
Being fair and consistent
