Our client has a position for a Head Office Admin Support Clerk/Receptionist
Responsibilities;
Provision of a professional reception service to meet the requirements of a corporate Head Office
Responsibility for ensuring the Reception area is manned and maintained at all times
Meeting and greeting visitors / contractors following all sign in procedures and advising relevant staff of arrival
Coordination of boardroom bookings, Liaise with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are ready and fully stocked with all stationary
Manage stationary store and weekly ordering
Manage staff car park with support of Security, including staff parking permits for site. Arrange visitor parking spaces as and when required

Answer all internal and external queries promptly
Assisting with Post when required.

General administrative support .
