Our client has a new position open for an HR/Recruitment Offucee
REQUIREMENTS
Senior Certificate
Reactive, well spoken and interpersonally strong
3 years' and above relevant experience
You will need to have a proactive approach, be adaptable, have a high level of accuracy and go the extra mile to achieve deadlines.
MS Office Suite competency
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential, and interpersonal matters adequately.
Effective communication; written and verbal
Strong adherence to company privacy and confidentiality policies
Able to perform well under pressure and use initiative
DUTIES:
Administrative services to the department- (typing, filling etc) & admin tasks as required
Manage, organize and update files, records, correspondence,
Assist in recruitment office services such as: filing documents, placing adverts internally as well on various preferred job portals
Assist in typing/ capturing of candidate shortlists
Order and manage supplies, order office-staff lunches, handled phone calls and messages, incoming as well as outgoing.
Handle discrete information related to employee relations, changes in the organization, performances, appraisals, confidential information issues, and other sensitive HR-related matters.
Make reservations and coordinate travel schedules for HR/ Recruitment staff
