Our client has a new opportunity for an Events/Venue Coordinator Assistant
REQUIREMENTS;
Senior Certificate
3 years' and above experience in the management of medium to large function venues.
Experienced in advising décor, timeline of the day, etc.
Passionate about event management, working with people and ensuring excellent client services.
Proactive, innovative, energetic, organised and creative.
Proficient in MS Office.

Key Duties/


Establish the needs and expectations of the client.
Effectively liaise with clients and other suppliers to identify needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist and advise clients with decor and other function related suggestions and guidance.
Creating, planning and delivering outstanding events and functions
Set high standards for quality and monitor processes and tasks according to standards.
Engage vendors/ service providers and ensuring the delivery of agreements.
Marketing of events .
PACKAGE :
R25000 monthly including Benefits, Perks and Bonus annually
