Description •Complete the coordination and collection of timesheet requests from clients. •Ensure that all payrolls are checked by a second person and approved by Operations/Sales management before being submitted to Finance. These must be evidenced by a name and signature. •Ensure that all payrolls are submitted to Finance for authorization within agreed deadlines (No later than 15h00) •Ensure that all time sheets and payroll records are filed and up to date. •Ensure that all invoices are generated immediately after all payrolls processed. •Ensure that all invoices are sent out to Clients, not more than 48 hours after being posted. •Ensure that statements are sent to clients on time. •Ensure that all pay slips are printed, distributed to all staff and saved in the appropriate folder (H-Drive by client by payment run) •Ensure that all client invoices are save in the appropriate folder (H-Drive by client by pay run) •Ensure that all payroll queries are resolved within 48 hours of receipt of query. •Ensure all credit notes are accompanied by an authorized full reconciliation and all supporting documents •Assist with any improvements changes made to the payroll manuals and payroll systems •Provide advice and make recommendations to ensure efficiency of payroll processes.
