Financial Manager CA(SA)

Qualification & Experience: Chartered Accountant. 5+ Years Financial Manager experience MS Office - Advanced Excel User. Must have a Tax Reporting background. Good Technical Accounting knowledge required (IFRS, Taxation and Companies Act) Core Duties & Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for management and statutory financial accounting and reporting for all operation entities, funding SPV's and dormant companies in the Group. Timely preparation and review of monthly reporting Development of operational forecasts and budget Functional Management of creditors Day to day banking Ensuring tax compliance with all tax matters across the Group. Responsible for all shareholder related reporting that may arise Management of offshore accounts. Application & Management of guarantees - Foreign & Local Involvement of bid submission and tender process.
