A company based in Honeydew is looking for a Debtors Administrator, this position is available immediately and is permanent. We are looking for a young person who has a strong personality and is willing to learn. Job Description: Responsibilities: Daily filing of POD’s and Invoices Assisting with answering of incoming calls Maintain an orderly financial system Assisting with reconciling department accounts monthly and preparing reports to present to management Assisting with other accounting projects in the office Assist with Month end deadlines Assist with general office administration duties on a daily basis Requirements: Must be a graduate and have at least one years working experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for figures are essential Must be computer literate with intermediate Excel skills and good working knowledge of MS Office and Pastel Evolution Work effectively under pressure and have the ability to produce accurate results Salary based on experience offering from R8000.00 to R10 000.00 Permanent Position available immediately To apply for this position, send your CV to
