Financial Clerk (Commercial)

Our client in the Commercial industry is looking for a Financial Clerk. Assisting the bookkeeper with all accounting processing on all levels. Handling of account queries, performing creditor reconciliations and preparing payment schedules. Post payment reconciliations. Submitting data to various customers as per specifications to ensure timeously payment of accounts. Assist with allocating payment remittance advices monthly. Assist with weekly/monthly statements sending. Analyze credit notes and other ad-hoc functions. Assisting the bookkeeper with ad-hoc tasks as may be given from time to time. Analyses of expense categories as requested by the company Accountant from time to time. Organizing and maintaining all filing systems in the office. Assist the FM in personal filing duties as may be required from time to time. Desired Experience & Qualification Requirements Matric Certificate. Diploma or Certificate in Debtors/ Creditors control Minimum of 3 years’ experience of Debtors environment. Creditors environment.
