Duties & Responsibilities Ensuring projects are executed within customer timelines and budgets. Providing commercial & technical support to aftermarket + technical sales teams. Strategic key accounts business enabler, accelerating new business & nurture current business opportunities. IAF Primary “Train the Trainer” role – for accredited re-sellers, service agents, installers & other customers. Guide & lead the engineering and drawing office function. Develop robust plans and processes for efficient functioning of the team. Serve as back to IAF GM Other “ad-hoc” functions within the IAF division as required. Responsible for the successful execution of all IAF Projects within budgets and customer timelines. Responsible for the design / engineering & technical drawing office functions. Strategic customer liaison, business incubator / new business enabler. Provide technical & commercial support to the Aftermarket & Capital Technical Sales teams Roll Out of the “New IAF Model” & Route to Market Strategy “Train the Trainer” for the accreditation of all IAF Re-Sellers, Installers, Service agents & other Customers as required. Desired Experience & Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Previous managerial experience in projects & sales development. Sound business acumen Good understanding of Project and contract management.
