Freight Sales Specialist

Main responsibilities: Seek business opportunities to grow freight market share. Achieve set revenue targets for freight. Monitor competitor’s activity for the freight product on an ongoing basis. Scheduling of new business appointments Cold calling. Generate new sales leads and acquire new customers. Establish customer needs, developing opportunities and expand customer base. Update weekly call report and REACH daily Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients. Build and maintain relationships with all clients. Tendering proposals on services and negotiating terms. Assisting and liaising any concerns or problems of clients. Assist clients in analysing their needs and pairing services to assist. Creating and executing new business strategies Requirements Matric (Grade 12) qualification, non-negotiable Bachelor’s Degree or similar qualification and/or experience. Minimum 3-5 years’ sales experience within clearing and forwarding is a non-negotiable. Domestic and International experience is a strict requirement. Proven track record of having made target Industry experience with the understanding of full supply chain, particularly in Freight Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level Skills Required: Well versed solution seller Strong hunter profile Basic Salary : R8500 - R15000 + Commission. email your CV to :
