IR/HR Manager

To lead the development, implementation, and administration of Human Resource Initiatives, policies, and procedures. To provide a professional HR service with timely advice, guidance and support to members of management and staff. To support the HR Executive in implementation of strategic projects. •A degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Social Science or HR related field •Post Graduate/MBA will be advantageous. At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in a Human Capital related role, of which 3 should have been at a management level. •A consulting background will be advantageous •Extensive knowledge and experience of Human Resources Management and related functions. •Employee relations experience.
