BMH is looking for an ideal candidate to fulfill the above position at our Bapsfontein Offices: Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support 1. General administration duties and support of Exco and Operations Manager as required. 2. Prioritize daily responsibilities to ensure deadlines are met 3. Answer and prioritize phone calls and record detailed messages 4. Accurate and detailed scheduling and calendar management. 5. Scan documents, update office database throughout the day and backup. 6. Financial record keeping including banking, billing, and office accounts. 7. Meticulously prepare and proofread all written work and file electronic and hardcopy correspondence and client files including legal document preparation, management, and court filings with high level of accuracy. 8. Order supplies, purchase postage stamps and other items as needed. 9. Attend to all office support queries/requests when required. 10. Attend to all travel arrangements, accommodations need to Exco and other events where required 11. Support minute taking &meeting packs development for Exco and other management meetings. 12. Manage the Reception Area when requested. Required Skills Proficient in various computer and internet applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, *Excellent English written and verbal communication and liaison skills *Organized and methodical *Attention to detail *Adaptable and creative problem solver. *Critical thinking *Team player as well as team leader *Interpersonal skills *Highly responsible and diligent *Perseverant *Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Desired Experience & Qualification  Minimum of 2-3 years’ administration work experience.  Grade 12 / Matric, Secretarial and/ or Admin certificate or similar is advantageous  Salary R10K – R12K.  Must be available Immediately.
