Technician

- Servicing and repairing of all vehicles booked into the dealership. - Diagnose and report findings accurately - Maintain and update on diagnostic tools - Request relevant and correct parts from parts sales executive . - Notify management of any service related issues - Contacting clients and scheduling bookings of vehicles. - Checking in of customers and follow ups with clients. - Update job cards, ensuring that it contains accurate information and detailed information on the service/repairs - Plan and order parts required in advance as per vehicle identification. - Ability to plan production - Maintaining good communication at head office and with customers - Plan and order parts required in advance as per vehicle identification. - After Service Follow ups - Maintaining 5’S at all time - Understanding of costing of job cards. Experience: - Service technician: 3 years or more (Required) - Qualified Technician. - Good Communication. - Strong information technology background In the automotive sector.
