Vehicle Sales Executives

Duties & Responsibilities The core purpose of this position is to maximise sales opportunities and to sell the maximum number of vehicles at optimum profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and growing market share. You will be trained to meet and exceed targets and customer expectations at every phase of the selling process. To be successful in the role, you must be a passionate and collaborative team player, able to identify opportunities and network, adhere to product knowledge training. You will be trained to follow up on sales leads in order to have excellent sales deal closing ratios. You must have a professional personal image and have a drive to meet targets in terms of car sales units sold, profit and customer services index targets. You must : Want to be part of a dynamic, competitive and fast paced industry and team Want to establish a long term career in the exciting and fast paced Motor Retail Sales Sector Be willing to learn and be trained as a sales professional in Auto Dealerships sector Be willing to complete training modules and assignments Be willing to be coached and mentored Be willing to work motor retail dealership hours Be Target driven Have excellent customer services and people skills Be passionate about cars and the motor industry Be able to quickly acquire product knowledge quickly MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Matric Code 08 driver’s licence. debbie@dglhr.co.za
