Personal Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities In order to be considered the following is required: Knowledge of all MS packages essential Advanced Excel skills essential. Must be financially literate and strong numeracy skills. Minimum of 5 years in a similar PA role to a senior executive in a professional services environment Demonstrated high levels of confidentiality. Ability to multi-task maintaining attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills. Willingness to work overtime when required and be contactable after hours and over weekends Own transport. Responsibilities: General secretarial and admin functions – including correspondence, keeping various records and lists updated, scheduling personal payments, VAT returns and PAYE returns. Following up on fees collected and issuing invoices on a monthly basis. Manage his diary. Schedule meetings, compile relevant .documentation and packs, attend to all the logistical arrangements around the meetings Provide various monthly reports as required Make all travel arrangements for him. Plan, co-ordinate and implement ad hoc projects as required General PA duties to free him up to attend to his functions Information displayed above not limited to advertisement.
