PA/HR

This exciting opportunity is a dual role that will see you providing PA support and managing HR for the office. Key duties will include: Diary management Booking travel and accommodation Preparing documents for meetings. Managing all correspondence on HR issues to staff Managing the recruitment process Compiling contracts of employment and job descriptions. Induction of all office staff, engineers and subcontractors. Your effective time management skills, ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and experience of managing subcontractors will enable you to excel in this role.
