You will be a highly efficient PA, performing a variety of Administration and Bookkeeping tasks. You must be able to take charge, work well under pressure and manage the MD’s diary seamlessly. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: PA to MD; Invoicing and bookkeeping; Reception Duties; Perform various types of admin work; Must be proficient in Excel and Word; Be willing to sometimes run personal/business errands using own transport for which you will be reimbursed. Candidate Requirements: Accounting background; Must have excellent communication and presentation skills; Required to be responsible, punctual and reliable; Must have own car with valid drivers license.
