Payroll and HR Administration Manager

Must have experience in weekly wages and applying the regulations as stipulated in the MEIBC Main Agreement. with MEIBC Experience and an African Language (JHB South) - R50 000.00 TCTC. Experience in WCA (IOD's) and Recruitment. Must be proficient in African Languages. Payroll / HR Degree (or equivalent). Payroll management principles, policies and practices. Employment law and regulations, e.g. Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Acts, Skills Development Act, etc. Payroll controls and income tax laws. MEIBC Main Agreement knowledge and application. Financial controls and disciplines HR and payroll systems (preferably Accsys) and reporting. Time & Attendance - Manage complete process and all related systems and administrative procedures and record keeping. Wage Processing / Salary Processing . HR Service Management. HR Systems & Technologies HR Administration & Processing. Recruitment and Selection PPE & Apparel Issue & Management. Employee Engagement & Communication Employee Health & Wellness.
